Shipping and Handling

For all USA orders below $100, we charge a flat fee of $5 for shipping. USA orders shipping to the contiguous states above $100 receive FREE REGULAR SHIPPING (this excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico- orders to this states are shipped via US Airmail and charged according to weight). Regular shipping is sent via UPS ground or US Postal Service First Class Mail depending on weight and destination. Should you require faster shipping service, we offer NEXT DAY, SECOND DAY and THIRD DAY service which is billed according to the carriers rate and depends on weight and destination.

We ship all orders received before 2 pm Eastern USA time, on the SAME DAY. Orders received after 2 pm are usually shipped the next business day. If you need your order to be processed the same day and it is after 2pm, please call Customer Service at 1-800-677-9299 and we will try our best to ship your order that day.

International Customers: shipping is based on US Postal service rates according to weight and destination. We ship Airmail Letter Post for packages weighing up to 4 pounds (approx. 2 kg). For packages over 4 pounds, we ship Airmal Parcel Post, to all the countries where the USA postal service delivers, subject to their current limitations. To request the use of other shipping carriers and/or special shipping options please e-mail us to receive a quote for shipping to your destination (please indicate how many items you require and your address).

Forms of Payment

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Additionally, we accept pre-sent international money orders or cashier’s checks payable to ESBA Laboratories. Sorry, no CODs.
Established commercial customers (after first order, which must be paid with credit card) can request to be invoiced. Invoices are due 15 days after product is sent (NET 15). Overdue invoices are subject to a 1% per month fee on the unpaid balance.

Broker’s Fees, Custom Duties and Related Fees (International Customers)

Broker’s Fees, Custom Duties and Related Fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. BUYER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY CONCERNING THE PURCHASE AND USE OF THIS PRODUCT IN THE BUYER’S COUNTRY ACCORDING TO ITS LAWS AND REGULATIONS. These Items are NOT to be re-sold into the USA or re-directed to other countries.

Returns

Should you not be satisfied with our products, we offer an unconditional money back guarantee on the product cost (shipping cost are usually not refundable) for 90 days after the purchase date. Please call customer service at 1-800-677-9299 to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA). We reserve the right to request the return of the purchased product.
